How long does it take to receive my order?
Most orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Standard shipping takes an additional 5-7 business days. Rush orders are available for an additional fee and can be processed within 1-2 business days.
Can I customize any product?
Yes! All of our products can be customized with your own designs, logos, or text. Simply contact us with your design ideas and we’ll work with you to bring your vision to life.
What file formats do you accept for custom designs?
We accept PNG, JPG, PDF, AI, and PSD files. For best results, please provide high-resolution images (300 DPI or higher) with transparent backgrounds when applicable.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Absolutely! We offer tiered pricing for bulk orders. Shirts are 12 for $180, hoodies are 12 for $270, hats and beanies are 12 for $150, and Little League swag is 12 for $30. Other items get tiered pricing: 10+ items receive 10% off, 25+ items receive 15% off, and 50+ items receive 20% off. Contact us for custom quotes on larger orders.
What printing methods do you use?
We use a variety of printing methods including Direct-to-Garment (DTG), screen printing, sublimation, and heat transfer depending on the product and design requirements. We’ll recommend the best method for your specific order.
Can I see a proof before my order is printed?
Yes! For custom orders, we provide a digital proof for your approval before we begin production. You’ll have the opportunity to request revisions to ensure your design looks exactly how you want it.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on non-customized items within 30 days of delivery. Custom printed items cannot be returned unless there is a defect or error on our part. Please see our Shipping & Returns page for full details.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within the United States only. We’re working on expanding our shipping options to include international destinations in the future.
How do I care for my printed items?
To maximize the life of your printed items, we recommend washing inside out in cold water and tumble drying on low heat. Avoid ironing directly on printed areas.
What is the 'Ring the Bell' program?
Our owner is a cancer survivor, and we want to give back to the community. The ‘Ring the Bell’ program offers a free t-shirt to cancer survivors who have completed their treatment. Contact us with your story to receive yours.
